Can I Be Real With You?

Hi everyone! Many of you know me as the Fairytale Business Transformation Lady. :-)
 
I don't know about you, but I am just tired of the "sell" approach!  I am here first and foremost to serve.  So I just want to be really authentic with you and just share my heart. 

I guess the first thing I really want to share is, the truth is that building a business is really challenging! I could use pretty words to make you feel like you can push a magic button and "Voila!" business of your dreams, coming right up!  Now yes, I am the "fairytale" business coach and I DO truly believe we all have a "magic wand" to transform not just our businesses, but our whole lives.  But in order to step into this power, you have to get really clear on what you are putting out into the world, which means becoming really vulnerable and open.  You have to be willing to do the hard work of becoming a balanced, whole, healthy, and powerful person.  The truth is, that is probably the most courageous and therefore, difficult thing you can do.  But if you want to harness the power to create amazing change in your life and the lives of everyone you touch, you must be willing to do the work of discovering your limiting belief systems, healing your inner child, and learning to allow and be present.

For those of us who have experienced great trauma in our lives, inner healing and awareness is REALLY scary!  There are a lot of subconscious beliefs that the inner child in us is saying  things like; we are not good enough, we don't deserve abundance, we must care for others before ourselves, we are not cut out for this, we are not being realistic and this is a pipe dream, we might fail and then what?  This child within us learned at a young age that to stay safe, you must stay "in the box" so whenever you do things that start breaking you out of that box, the child within will fight back in order to keep us "safe."  This happens in the form of anxiety, fear, and really any excuse to keep you from breaking free.  This affects you whole life, including your business. 

The reason I work now primarily as a Business Coach is I have found that the same things that limit others in creating the life of their dreams, are the same things that limit business owners from having a successful an abundant business.  I have found that a large majority of coaches give up on their dream.  Why?  Because it is harder than some people would have you think!  On the emotional and energetic side, what you are putting out to the universe through your thoughts, fears, and anxiety has a profound effect on your potential for success with your business.  On the practical side, coaches often struggle with things like; how to create an authentic program, what to invest your time and money in, and how to keep going when it feels like you are failing and getting rejected at every turn.

It is important to note that this work is about the serving and not the selling.  Yes, we all deserve abundance and to charge what our programs are worth!  But the REASON we are coaching should always be first and foremost to serve and change the world.  So although I have a high value program for my clients, I am 100% confident in what I charge, and that my clients will (and do) receive way more than what they paid for, I also like to periodically offer free 90 Minute Fairytale Business Transformation sessions, NO STRINGS ATTACHED! Some questions you may have

* Will I share my program information with you at the end of the session?  Yes, of course if you are open to that I will, because I believe in the power of what I offer.

* Will I encourage you to enroll?  That depends.  If we talk and both you and I believe that my program is right for the success of your business and life, then yes, I definitely will encourage you to enroll!  If not, then no I won't because that would not be beneficial for either one of us.  Remember, my number 1 priority is to serve, so if I believe I can serve you and you do as well, that is when I will ask you to enroll.

* Will I be mad at you or disappointed if you don't enroll in my program? NO! When I say no strings attached, I mean it! 

My goal for my clients

My goal is to be there to assist my clients in experiencing transformations that would take 10-20 years to achieve on their own.  I know, this is MIGHTY BOLD!  But these are the kinds of transformations I have had in my life through the investment in many different types of coaching and support and a lot of dedication to myself and my dreams.  My life, my business, and my reality are completely different than they were just 6 months ago!  My clients have similar transformations and often in less time.

Consider this... if you needed to drive somewhere that was far away and a place that was new to you, you would need directions, right?  Well in order to have directions someone needs to know how to get there... If you find someone who will be your guide and who will direct you where to go, you will get there SO much more quickly than you would if you tried to figure it out on your own.  If you were really resourceful and determined you could make it happen, even without directions.  But how much time would that take and how much money and energy would you be spending?  Your time, money, and energy are all precious!  Whether it be me, or someone else, FIND YOUR GUIDE!  Validate the work you do by taking the steps of faith you are asking your potential clients to take.

Never Give Up on Your Dreams!!!

God never gives you a burning desire that you cannot fulfill in some beautiful way. 

Do you have a burning desire to create the life and business of your dreams?  Do you ache and yearn to share your story with the world?  You truly CAN create anything you desire.  You would not have the yearning if you were not capable of creating your dreams.  But life sure does make it hard, doesn't it?!

Pain, fear, anxiety, the belief that we don't know enough, and perceived money limitations can really tell us a different story.  A story that we have to live this "stuck" life that the world says is "realistic." It is so very difficult to build a business because it involves working through so much of the core issues that are keeping you stuck.  This is why most people give up, because it is one of the most powerful, but also challenging things you could ever do.  In order to step into our power and emerge as our authentic self, the universe demands that we be open, present, and willing to allow!  Allow your limitless, free, authentic, and powerful self to emerge!

So what are you experiencing in your business that is giving you the message that you are not enough, you cannot experience your dream reality, or that you just don't have the "chops"?  These are lies!! Anytime you have the thoughts of not being anything but 100% worthy and capable and special, then your thoughts are not telling you the truth.

Here is the truth... we are all living based on limiting belief systems and with a child in us that runs the show.  This child experienced things when you were growing up that showed him/her that they had to stay in the box to be "safe" and that being vulnerable, free, and courageous was too dangerous and could lead to great disappointment and failure.  So this child will do whatever possible to keep you from doing anything that could lead to pain. You have to continue to push past the lies that this child (who truly has the best of intentions) is telling you and break free!  Sometimes you will find you have to do this several times a day.  But it truly does get easier and easier!

Everything you desire, but do not have, is outside of your comfort zone.

But the truth is, your safe place, the place that is full of joy and happiness and peace, is always OUTSIDE of the box. You truly can have anything you want, but you have to take courageous steps toward allowing it in your life. Creating a successful business involves taking many leaps of faith!

Pain is not a reason to give up, it is a reason to propel forward. 

Your fairytale reality does not mean that it will not involve pain, anxiety, and fear at times. You have 2 choices during these times: allow it to push you down and back into the box, or let it propel you forward. The universe is always giving us opportunities to see ourselves more clearly.  If you can find the message in the pain and breathe through it, feel it, allow it... you will discover a part of yourself you never saw before.  Once you find healing in this part of yourself, you will be able to transform in a powerful way.  The more and more this happens, the more powerfully you will transform.  This will naturally affect your business in amazing ways.  The more open you are to stepping into your power, the more you send the message out to the world that you will never ever give up on your dreams, the more you will find that the world will respond to this by saying "YES" to everything you desire. You deserve the best and most amazing life! 

You CAN have everything you want.  Stay the course, and NEVER EVER GIVE UP!

How To Use Your Message to Brand Yourself

Good evening fellow coaches, visionaries, and healers!

This post is a follow up to my blog on "The Mission and The Message."  Please read that first in order to get the full benefit of what I am about to share.  Make sure you do the activities so you know what your message is! 

 

Once you know what your message is, it should be part of everything you do!  Every talk, every workshop or class series, every program title…. 

Here is an example to help you apply this principle:

We will use my message: “Your fairytale life and your healthfully & happily ever after are within your grasp. You have the magic wand, the power, to create your dream reality!”

So my message is all about people stepping into their power, believing in the “unbelievable” or fantasy, trusting in the magic within, and daring to dream their dreams and knowing they have the power to create them. Therefore, the work I do is centered on these concepts.  

I also work with business clients as a big part of my business and I use the same principles in that work.  Why?  Because it is my message! My message for these clients is around stepping into their gifts and their power to create abundance and success in their lives and being a powerful presence in the world for others.  

If I give a talk it is often titled something like this “Create Your Own Happily & Healthfully Ever After Fairytale Life.” 

For my business client workshops it may be something like “Step into Your Innate Power and Create the Fairytale Business of Your Dreams.” 

Some of the programs I offer clients are:

“3 Month Fairytale Business Transformation Coaching Program.” 

“3 Month Fairytale Ever After Coaching Program.”

My tagline for everything is: Healthfully & Happily Ever After.

My free offering on my website is a 3 Week Healthfully & Happily Ever After Fairytale E-course where people learn lessons on how to be happier, healthier, and love themselves by learning from their favorite fairytales.  

If I were to write a book (secret: I am! Shhh;-) It would be centered on these messages.  

You see, my message is reflected in everything I do.   There are many different ways to share my message which gives me a lot of flexibility, but I also have this sort of “umbrella” I am always working under and it makes me recognizable and “brands” my work in a way that people know me as the “fairytale coach,” “the ever after coach,” “the dreams can come true” coach.
