Can I Be Real With You?

I don't know about you, but I am just tired of the "sell" approach!  I am here first and foremost to serve.  So I just want to be really authentic with you and just share my heart. 

I guess the first thing I really want to share is, the truth is that building a business is really challenging! I could use pretty words to make you feel like you can push a magic button and "Voila!" business of your dreams, coming right up!  Now yes, I am the "fairytale" business coach and I DO truly believe we all have a "magic wand" to transform not just our businesses, but our whole lives.  But in order to step into this power, you have to get really clear on what you are putting out into the world, which means becoming really vulnerable and open.  You have to be willing to do the hard work of becoming a balanced, whole, healthy, and powerful person.  The truth is, that is probably the most courageous and therefore, difficult thing you can do.  But if you want to harness the power to create amazing change in your life and the lives of everyone you touch, you must be willing to do the work of discovering your limiting belief systems, healing your inner child, and learning to allow and be present.

For those of us who have experienced great trauma in our lives, inner healing and awareness is REALLY scary!  There are a lot of subconscious beliefs that the inner child in us is saying  things like; we are not good enough, we don't deserve abundance, we must care for others before ourselves, we are not cut out for this, we are not being realistic and this is a pipe dream, we might fail and then what?  This child within us learned at a young age that to stay safe, you must stay "in the box" so whenever you do things that start breaking you out of that box, the child within will fight back in order to keep us "safe."  This happens in the form of anxiety, fear, and really any excuse to keep you from breaking free.  This affects you whole life, including your business. 

The reason I work now primarily as a Business Coach is I have found that the same things that limit others in creating the life of their dreams, are the same things that limit business owners from having a successful an abundant business.  I have found that a large majority of coaches give up on their dream.  Why?  Because it is harder than some people would have you think!  On the emotional and energetic side, what you are putting out to the universe through your thoughts, fears, and anxiety has a profound effect on your potential for success with your business.  On the practical side, coaches often struggle with things like; how to create an authentic program, what to invest your time and money in, and how to keep going when it feels like you are failing and getting rejected at every turn.

It is important to note that this work is about the serving and not the selling.  Yes, we all deserve abundance and to charge what our programs are worth!  But the REASON we are coaching should always be first and foremost to serve and change the world.  So although I have a high value program for my clients, I am 100% confident in what I charge, and that my clients will (and do) receive way more than what they paid for, I also like to periodically offer free 90 Minute Fairytale Business Transformation sessions, NO STRINGS ATTACHED! Some questions you may have

* Will I share my program information with you at the end of the session?  Yes, of course if you are open to that I will, because I believe in the power of what I offer.

* Will I encourage you to enroll?  That depends.  If we talk and both you and I believe that my program is right for the success of your business and life, then yes, I definitely will encourage you to enroll!  If not, then no I won't because that would not be beneficial for either one of us.  Remember, my number 1 priority is to serve, so if I believe I can serve you and you do as well, that is when I will ask you to enroll.

* Will I be mad at you or disappointed if you don't enroll in my program? NO! When I say no strings attached, I mean it! 

My goal for my clients

My goal is to be there to assist my clients in experiencing transformations that would take 10-20 years to achieve on their own.  I know, this is MIGHTY BOLD!  But these are the kinds of transformations I have had in my life through the investment in many different types of coaching and support and a lot of dedication to myself and my dreams.  My life, my business, and my reality are completely different than they were just 6 months ago!  My clients have similar transformations and often in less time.

Consider this... if you needed to drive somewhere that was far away and a place that was new to you, you would need directions, right?  Well in order to have directions someone needs to know how to get there... If you find someone who will be your guide and who will direct you where to go, you will get there SO much more quickly than you would if you tried to figure it out on your own.  If you were really resourceful and determined you could make it happen, even without directions.  But how much time would that take and how much money and energy would you be spending?  Your time, money, and energy are all precious!  Whether it be me, or someone else, FIND YOUR GUIDE!  Validate the work you do by taking the steps of faith you are asking your potential clients to take.
